Deja vu or time loop?

Recommended Posts

Hello my name is Harry Tobin and I am from the year 2017. I dont know if I am living in a time loop or just Deja vu but there is places I have visited (on vacations or at work) that i know i have experienced before.....some examples are when i went to mexico in 2013 i recalled almost the whole trip in a dream before. I have also (on lots of occasions) experienced this in day to day life. (meeting someone new on the street or doing something new). I have not experienced a "loop" yet but am wondering how I can find this out. I also feel detached from everything and everyone at times. I feel like I am the only one here and im living in a "matrix" time thing. I have also experienced seeing dreams and them happening in the following days. I have experienced me meeting people (that i have never met before in a brand new place), and that happening in the next following days. I think it could be too complex for deja vu but would like to get peoples thoughts.

Sorry, with all the changes on this site I have only just spotted your post -- a year late, I'm afraid. It seems to me that for whatever reason you are one of those rare people whose social conditioning hasn't succeeded in making you automatically censor the kinds of perceptions that you have. It may be that the censor does a useful job in protecting most of us from the disturbing things you have experienced. I have been studying time slips for a few years and I feel that the only theory that really makes sense out of them is the matrix/virtual reality idea. And of course there are plenty of full on "glitch in the matrix" experiences reported all over the net. But while the matrix may exist, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are "the only one here." It may mean that there are fewer people here than appears to be the case though!

I also believe that some of us can see the future in dreams. Not sure why or what causes certain dreams to appear before they actually happen but I am certain it does. Psychologists and psychiatrists will disagree with this idea, but my experiences are too vivid to ignore. The first dream occurred around the time I was a freshman in College. I won't go into detail but basically it was all about this calculus problem mistake on homework being done in a study room in a building which we never studied in since the solution manuals were literally chained to the table in the other room. In my dream I thought it was odd we were in this room since we never studied there but the day it happened in real life, we went to our normal room to study and we couldn't since the room was packed with our peers cramming for the exam the following day. We were directed to the overflow room, the room I dreamed of and the mistake which both me and my peer made was the exact mistake and numbers as in my dream. I made the mistake first, then about five minutes later when my peer requested to see my work because he was getting an incorrect answer I looked at him and said I know what you did wrong, I dreamed this. Awkwardly he looked at his paper while, without even looking at his page, I told him where he went wrong on his lo di hi hi di lo calc. I had to leave the room after I was right. The second time I experienced this was when my little sister gave me a painting of an oversized bumble bee, flower, and sun. I dreamed her painting in a dream on a doctors office wall, I remember looking up at it for some reason in my dream. A couple weeks later she shared the painting with me. I later gave it to a psychologist, after an unfortunate series of events following the third time this happened to me, long story but it was the only way I felt it was safe at the time. They still have it, luckily its a happy picture for such a can-be sad place. Anyway, the final time it happened to me I dreamed of a woman in a mental hospital, her face, in particular, I saw it the day and the first time I was committed against my will to a mental hospital. It was in a nightmare and I woke up as they were about to inject me with the needles of whatever they give you against your wishes at this place. It was straight out of hell when it actually happened I basically hoped this would never happen again. Never know when the dream will actually happen but I assume that I won't actually be wrestling gators in reality any time soon as I was in my dream the other night.

Joan, actually I did train as a psychologist, and I have no problems with precognitive dreams -- I've had a few myself. Do you feel that your ability had some influence on your developing mental problems? You seem to be hinting at some kind of connection.

You could be remembering a past life or picking up memories from your DNA.
